The design principle of Pneumatic machine is to convert the circular motion into linear motion, by the force of the main motor, drive the flywheel, drive the clutch gear, crankshaft (or eccentric gear), connecting rod operation, to achieve the linear motion of the slider, the motion from the main motor to the connecting rod is circular motion. In order to meet the requirements of the movement speed of the actuator, one oil pump or more oil pumps are selected. Low pressure (oil pressure is less than 2.5MP) with gear pump; Medium pressure (oil pressure less than 6.3MP) with vane pump; High pressure (oil pressure less than 32.0MP) with plunger pump.

C-Frame Hydraulic Fast Press usually refers to hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor. Hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor are energy conversion devices in hydraulic system. The difference is that hydraulic pump converts the mechanical energy of driving motor into the pressure energy of oil, which is a power device in hydraulic system. And hydraulic motor is to convert the pressure energy of oil into mechanical energy, is the implementation device in the hydraulic system.

The hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor commonly used in the hydraulic system are volumetric, and its working principle is to use the change of sealing volume for oil absorption and oil pressure. From the working principle, most of the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor is reciprocal, that is, the input pressure oil, hydraulic pump into hydraulic motor, can output speed and torque, but in the structure, hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor or some differences.

C-Frame Hydraulic Fast Press has an independent power mechanism and electrical system, and adopts button centralized control, which can realize three working modes of adjustment, manual and semi-automatic. The working pressure and pressing speed of the machine, as well as the stroke and range of no-load fast descending and deceleration can be adjusted according to the process needs.
